My uncle runs a contracting company. He's good at the work. Really good. But he was losing jobs constantly because he couldn't pick up the phone while he was on a job site. Customers would call, get voicemail, and book someone else before he even had a chance to call back.

I'm a data scientist. I spent years at companies like IBM, Intel, and Shell building systems and working with data. When I saw what was happening with my uncle's business, I built him a simple automated text-back system. When he missed a call, it would text the customer back immediately, keep them engaged, and get the job booked.

It worked. My uncle stopped losing jobs to competitors who just picked up the phone faster. The system did what he couldn't. It responded instantly, every time, even when he was two floors up on a scaffold.

That was the first client. Since then I've built the same thing, and added website and SEO services around it, for service businesses across the country.
